  Disappointed in the service I received. Took my new engagement ring in to get resized, and didn't get in back until 5 days after the "promise date" they gave me (the day I was told I would have it back by) Called 4 different times, each time I was assured it would be in the following day. Finally got a call at 6 pm on the 5th day saying it was ready. If I ever need it resized again, I will probably just pay to do it elsewhere. Was super excited about my beautiful new ring, but felt like getting it back was not a priority to them.

  Awful customer service...walked into the store, not a single associate greeted my fiancé or I to help us....we had to ask for help and upon asking an associate if they had a few minutes for questions they replied “maybe...” they were unhelpful during the process, could barely answer any questions we had regarding resizing or rewards programs...wouldn’t recommended dealing with this store.
