  As I wait 15 min to speak to someone about a problem I'm having with my car and would like to have them hook it up on there diagnostics machine to see if we can pinpoint the problem I get to the counter to be greeted by KAREN assistant manager as her name tag appears she tells me to hold on while she takes a call I patiently wait another 5 min, she then starts taking customers in line and turns to me and Karen's exact words your going to have to wait that is a courtesy service that we do as if I was not planning on buying what I needed to fix the problem I was having with my 2014 Newer vehicle . Come to find out it was a fuel pump that needed replaced and the part costing $635 and her losing a sale because I ended up walking out after standing there for 30 min and in that time KAREN never once acknowledge that I was still standing there and that she would get to me as soon as she could. Customer Service is the key to a successful business and unfortunately O'Reillys in Gresham lack that, maybe KAREN going away is the solution for this problem but I refuse to spend a dime or recommend them.
