  I've gotten my prescriptions here for many years with no complaints. However, the last month or so, things have gone downhill. I use the online refill system that asks you to chose what time you'd like your refills. Doesn't matter what time I choose, they are never ready when I get there. Sometimes I'm told to come back hours later. Not that big of a deal but annoying none the less. Then, last Sunday oct 9th, at 3:00pm, I stopped by to pick up a few refills. There were 3 ladies I didn't recognize behind the counter. After several minute, one said " it'll be a minute". 5 min passed and I finally gave up. Went next door to grab a few things from Safeway and came back. Now there is only one person behind the counter who doesn't even acknowledge that I'm there. Another 5 minutes passes and I give up and go home empty handed. Frustrating!!
