  I have been a sprint customer for about 7 years now. I used to only come to this location because of the excellent customer service. However for the last year I have been nearly double charged every month for cell services. A few months ago they had to credit my account over 800 dollars due to over charging. Now today when I went in they had no record of our old contract and quote of $350 a month for all services. No record keeping and lack of customer service. Looks like I will be finding another provider.
